Online density control

Density control improves the vibrocompacting process by reacting on batch weigher, set weight or vibrating time.

Green apparent density of the anode is determined on-line. The setpoint of the hopper scale is corrected automatically so that production at constant anode height within a range of density fluctuation - or vice versa - is reached safely. The vibrocompacting process is stopped after reaching the target parameters as required.
