To ensure quality product service and support, Outotec has a worldwide sales and service network.

Outotec's specialists make certain that the mill is properly erected, verify that bolted joints are torqued to specified levels, align mill bearings and drive equipment, calibrate instrumentation, and verify proper performance of the lubrication equipment and other auxiliaries. They also will commission the mill and verify process performance.
After commissioning, your local Outotec office provides:
- ongoing product support with promptly delivered high-quality replacement parts
- complete process evaluations and performance diagnostics
- maintenance inspections
- liner wear measurements and profile development
- alignment checks
- gear reversals
- other mechanical services including complete mill reconditioning.
Additional technical support is provided by regional Grinding Centers, each staffed with experienced personnel who carry out project management, design, manufacturing, procurement, delivery, erection, and commissioning for the full Outokumpu mill range. These centers are located in Perth, Australia; Smedjebacken, Sweden; Oslo, Norway; Johannesburg, RSA; and Denver, USA.
